Point’s remote maintenance

For remote maintenance with our clients we apply the remote maintenance software from TeamViewer. The software doesn’t require any installation on the desktop. All data that is being exchanged during the session are secured from external attacks.

References: As soon as the TeamViewer window is closed, the connection will be interrupted. Please note: a new password will be given at every new program start of TeamViewer.
